Almliesl is a product of MTS Austria Ltd. The realisation of this fantastic idea occured in 1999 as a tourist development, supported by the European Union, Salzburg province, and the Chamber of Agriculture.

It was with this project that MTS Austria Ltd. was established as a travel agency and incoming tourist agency with its own booking centre.

Almliesl has about 150 different places on its books, and is the exclusive sales partner of the Austrian forestry commision for, for example, its unique forest huts. Accommodation can be booked directly or through Europe’s leading travel agencies such as Interchalet, Wolters, Interhome etc. Almliesl surpasses all of the quality requirements of these agencies and, with its 250,000 overnight stays, Almliesl ranks as one of the leading suppliers in the alps.



Almliesl only takes on carefully selected accommodation.  Each one is personally checked by experienced colleagues before it becomes bookable.
